A truly wonderful experience. The staff was amazing! They took the time to personally walk me through to find gowns that were my preferred style and even ones out of my comfort zone. There were tons of options and I said yes on the second dress I found!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience today! The first time I tried dresses on was at a different shop and it was a complete nightmare. The owner was my consultant and she immediately told me that none of the dresses I liked would look good on me, and I wasn’t even allowed to choose the dresses I tried on. This was not the case here. *copied from my public post* So now that our wedding is over, update on what happened with this dress. We went to the appointment at Downtown Bridal so they could “rectify” the problem. After i told them i was not happy with what they wanted to do to the dress, because “letting the seam out” at the bottom would make the dress longer... there was not even a half an inch to let out and the dress was well over an inch off the ground, barefoot. From start to finish the bridal experience when getting my wedding dress was perfect! Tierra was amazing and so uplifting. It was amazing to be able to actually fit into wedding dresses to see what they would look like. This was the total bridal experience! You won’t be disappointed.
