General manager and the store manger are very rude with customers. I will never order from this place again

Just called them to deliver, they wouldn’t do it even though they’ve done it, probably 15 times before but there’s a new AOL manager that says he’s been there for three years and never delivered to us such a jerk. Don’t think he knows I’m a good friend of the owner!

RecommendedThe pizza is good, but the delivery sucks. why ask for special directions if the driver doesn't follow them. we were in the back side of the building private entrance and only apartment with Xmas lights up. I even called to make sure they understood the directions and the guy still comes in the building and I have to move my kids bikes from in front of the door we never use and keep my dog away as well. we do that cause not only is it convenient for us it's convenient for the driver.

I ordered a ham and cheese sub... a Turkey and cheese sub was delivered. I called the store and they were very sorry and would send out two subs. 30 mins later i get two ham, Turkey, and cheese subs. 15 mins after that I returned the food to the store and walked out. The irony of the situation. is not lost on me, as I am forced to eat Turkey leftovers, the reason I ordered food was to avoid eating turkey for another meal.
