Order the lunch special 2 cheese slices and soda and was so disappointed that I got 2 square pizza instead. There advertisement says slice not square. Will not order there again. Could not order anything else do to me being on my lunch break. Not happy right now.

We ordered two cheese steaks for delivery. One was made wrong. It took forever to get replacement and it was super greasy and tasteless. We will never order from there again.

Pizza was great. It ends there. Personnel is awful. Seeing all the comments here it's amazing Pats hasn't done something about it

The cashier was walking around on her phone and eating while ringing people up. Also checked the receipts for tips in front of the customers. Very unprofessional. Also took 20 mins for a couple slices of pizza.
Placed order online for delivery. The arrival time for delivery was 1:40pm but I did not get my food till 2:10pm and then I did not get what I ordered. When I called and started tell the manager the problems she cut me off very rudely and told me that they cant guarantee delivery times. When I told her that I was not done telling her all the problems she gave me attitude and said what else. Worst dinner ever from Pat's! Ordered the spaghetti and meatball dinner and two large cheesesteaks to go. Got home and the two cheesesteaks barely had any meat and the spaghetti dinner was about 2 full pounds of noodles and barely 1 cup of sauce with 4 golfball size meatballs. Will not be ordering from Pat's anytime soon
Service was great today for a mom of three small children. An employee went out of her way to bring me out my pick-up order so I didn't have to carry in my infant and my two small boys. I wish I could remember her name but I have to say she showed some excellent customer service today!
