I ordered a ham and cheese sub... a Turkey and cheese sub was delivered. I called the store and they were very sorry and would send out two subs. 30 mins later i get two ham, Turkey, and cheese subs. 15 mins after that I returned the food to the store and walked out. The irony of the situation. is not lost on me, as I am forced to eat Turkey leftovers, the reason I ordered food was to avoid eating turkey for another meal.

Wow I don't know where to start, just experienced horrible customer service from the Pat's pizza in Dover Delaware. 1st let me give you a little bit of the back story last Wednesday I placed the order online as I typically do almost every day I must say that I am a valuable customer I have received $10 off several times through the rewards program for earning 100 points. A lot more than just pizza! Crab cakes and cheese steaks are super. Everything is delicious and delivery is prompt.
The last two times I have ordered from here, there has been hair in my food.
