I love being cursed at by a manager when I call to say I’m missing parts of my order, my food was ice cold & hair was in my food. Food got here fast enough but not at the time promised normally it’s worth it but wasn’t what I ordered or how I ordered it & I wasted my money. Thank you for the terrible service, food I couldn’t eat, & a wonderful serving of disrespect. �

Absolutely the most unbelievably horrible customer service! Manager named Chris was ignorant we spent $110 plus tip and our order wasn’t even correct and the “manager” Chris was spoken to and told us he double checked the order himself and would not accept that it wasn’t correct he was rude ignorant and unprofessional and this isn’t the first or second time this Pats has messed up an order and this is the last time we will ever give them our business and I hope everyone knows this and orders elsewhere! $110 they screwed up a... read more
