I’ve been eating from Pats for almost 20 years , I’ve been saying they been going down hill. But tonight their service, food , and honesty totally went out the window. My bill came to 61 and some change gave the girl our cc # and no matter 5 minutes later we got alert that our card was charged 73.67. Ok ... no big deal a mistake right so we called back ? Got a huge attitude, talked to like we were the ones wrong.....there was no resolution so fine send the food and that will be it. WELL what they sent was a totally disgrace!... read more
This is unacceptable all I ask for was for my fries to be extra hard w/salt & pepper no ketchup...Instead I got soggy fries with a heaping of pepper 😡😡😡😡😡 This is the location in Parkside, PA
RecommendedParkwood would not be the same without them. Their Caesar salad dressing is my favorite dressing in the world. The shrimp scampi. My second fav. Highly recommended

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. But I got the pizza they told me that they don't put sauce on the pizza they only shake the meat! so you get a pizza with cheese and chicken no sauce! Not good no sauce is no good!
Was there tonight, had good pizza, the shrimp and flounder were great too. Short staffed, but they all help each other. definitely in the top five of family owned restaurants.
Pizza was great, staff was friendly, been coming here for years never had a meal here!
