I've gone twice in the past week due to nasty cold turned strep throat. I was seen right away both times and was in and out in under a hour! This place is maintained like a well oiled machine and I thank everyone working there from the receptionist to the PA, Kelly. You all are awesome!
Very polite and caring staff. My daughter was seen by Doctor Norval Rios in the Germantown location and he was awesome very welcoming, good bedside manner, and caring.
I just had THE best experience at Adventist HealthCare Urgent Care in Germantown. I walked in a little before 8:00 pm (when they close) and was greeted happily and was told I could still be seen. My nurse was very nice and so was my doctor, Dr. Norval Rios. Dr. Rios was kind and personable, and asked questions that helped to diagnose my symptoms. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would recommended Dr. Rios & the Adventist HealthCare Urgent Care team to all!
Had such great experiences we were in and out! Excellent and wonderful staff! Beautiful office and so high tech.!!! Had such a pleasant trips both times one day for my daughter and day after for me! The staff even calls to follow up a few days later!I highly recommend!
Brought my broken husband in after a fall off a bike. Only waited 15 minutes before being seen. Very friendly staff! Doctor and x-ray tech were great.
Crystal Sedgwick assisted me today with a Department of Transportation Audit directed by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration. She was not only courteous and extremley, helpful, she actually went on the site herself sensing my frstration and took the time to e-mail me all the the needed and necessary documents. My stress leverl went from 10 down to a 1 and she told me to please call if I needed Anything else. Now that's going above and beyond.
