Great waiting area, free drinks, a separate room for kids, pleasant people. Really a hometown feel here. Vera Ogembo explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I won’t use another urgent care now.

Took my mom in for an ear problem. The team in the center was fantastic! Very helpful, kind, and made the process with a senior citizen very smooth and enjoyable! Kudos to PA Kelly, Sima, Vera, and Ramona! They all did a great job, and if you have the need to go to urgent care, I suggest this one!
From the moment you enter this facility you are greeted and quickly processed. The medical team is so kind and efficient. I felt that I was in GREAT HANDS from beginning to end. BTW! Thanks Perry for going the extra mile. When you’re not feeling your best we need people like Perry to help us through.
The Nurse practitioner Ogembo was very knowledgeable and professional.
I went to the Urgent Care in Rockville. The wait was short. They really went out of their way for me. Dr. Nasir had an appointment with a specilist with in an hour for me to see. I could not be happier, and I am feeling better now. Thanks so much Dr. Nasir. You are great.
