Wonderful experience- caring and knowledgeable staff as well as efficient and helpful. Wonderful experience with a toddler!!!! Very clean and comfortable facility. Absolutely excellent!

They took me back and diagnosed me in no time, treated my symptoms and even got me into a doctors office with a referral with no problems. Great place and thank you for helping me in so many ways.
I believe the quality of the care was sufficient, I liked the Dr but there were only 3 others waiting in the lobby when I got there at 5:20pm and I wasn't seen until about 8pm and then I still needed to go to the pharmacy to get the Rx's filled. It was almost 9:30pm by the time I got home.
Really great care! From Rose the tech to Kelly Reed, PA, the staff was wonderful! They were so detailed and thorough. Made a plan of care with me to help me get better! Thank you!! Feeling all better now!
From the moment you walk in the door and greeted by Velvet’s infectious smile your ailments start to disappear. What a nice clean uncluttered place. Checking in is painless, organized, and quick. I sat in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes before being seen by a physician assistant, Kelly Reed. She was so comforting and patient. What a relief to not feel as if I had to be hurried out the door so the next patient could enter. Centra Care customer service is the worst experience Ive ever had. Very irresponsible and no way to conduct business.
Waited 15 minutes tops before the tech took my vitals, brought me to a room & did some rapid tests. Nurse practitioner came back with the results a few minutes later and checked me out. They called in my prescription and gave me a note for work. Everyone was super friendly and I was out the door start to finish in under an hour.
