Jon was awesome to deal with and a straight up good guy to deal with. After shopping around I stumbled across Patriot tractor and after talking with Jon I knew this was the place I wanted to buy.
I waited for assistance and was told that the tech would help me next, he walked right passed me and helped another customer
Patriot Tractor has awesome service!
I was disappointed that it took 5 weeks to repair a fairly minor issue with my snowblower. I had to pay $250 to have my driveway plowed during the time it was being repaired.
I have been a repeat customer at Patriot Tractor, but not for tractors, but 4x4 Ford F150. Any issues I experience with my vehicle, Patriot is my first stop. They are a group of honest, funny, down to earth type of people, which is part of their appeal. For example, I went in for an inspection sticker and was talking to the mechanic about the issues with my lawnmowers.
