We are traveling back home from out west with a stop outside of Dallas. Our front AC stopped working in 100-degree weather. We are at an RV park and had called several mobile techs with no response. Found Patriot RV Tech and loved we could text him. He responded quickly and said he could come out the next day. And he did!! Love that they are veterans and offer a veteran's discount since my hubby is a veteran too. They worked with our warranty company and in one day, ONE DAY, replaced our AC and had everything done. I have to say. Brian and his team are top notch. Not only did he come out, do an initial check of my RV but hauled it to his shop for me. He handled everything with Brinkley and took care of everything. When the parts came in, he had them on and ready to go that day. This was no small job. All 4 hubs were junked from the dealer. While I normally handle all my own stuff, with it being under warranty I let the pros handle it and will continue to let him and his team fix the major issues. But hopefully we don't have any. Brian was great! He pulled our RV into have it worked on and had it back the next day. Very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
