I don't know how much more lucky Lansdowne Towne Center Condos will get! I have lived in this comunity since 2007 and each property management is worse than the previous. Patriot Properties was pitiful & poorly run, Dodson sold out but did little to imporve anything within the community and now Evernest which has basically been an absent landlord. Care about the homeowner's concerns and a great listener to their problem and immediately addresses their concerns and problem. Delivers service as promised and on time. Compare to previous person on the same job it is just like day and night while she is day.
