This company stalks your family and friends through phone calls and text messages to get a hold of you in an attempt to buy your property. Their practices are scammy as hell. It’s borderline harassment. If we haven’t reached out to you, we’re not interested.

I owned my house for 28 years and it needed major repairs and updating. I didn’t want to have to clean it out or fix anything so I looked into selling it to an investor. I got a couple, but went with Scott and Lillian with Patriot. They could not have been any nicer and accommodating! They gave me a very fair price considering the condition and how much junk was in the house after owning it all those years. I live in Phoenix, and in searching for a realtor for a relative, randomly choose Patriot and I am so glad I did. I liked the fact that it was small and family owned. I was impressed with Scott’s personality. Friendly, easy to talk to. Kept me apprised of all negotiations and was willing to listen and negotiate when I told him about another offer that was higher. Enjoyed immensely working with him. Will recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell property.
