Absolutely amazing team, Bryce, Mishana & Jason and even the service men treated us 1st class. I purchased a new 2013 Expedition around February of 2014. I have had nothing but problems with my Expedition. The left Catalytic Converter had to be replaced. I noticed oil on my garage floor. I took it back twice before they fixed the oil leak properly. The two rear seat belts had to be fixed and the driver window. They installed a DVD player and shortly after the roof liner started coming loose & DVD started giving me problems. They replaced the liner and fixed the DVD player but now the liner is falling down again. I too... read more
