HORRIBLE!!!! Customer service was awful! I made an appt to go in and look at a vehicle and as we were looking for that vehicle another salesman and customer drove off with it. The manager (Ryan) said that the people had been there for a few hours looking at different models so we waited for them to come back and we’ll they made us wait a little longer to see if the people would get financed, so we left angry after we figured out what they were doing! We bought a 2018 Ford on 4/6/19. By far the best experience we’ve ever had!! Sam Buchs was our salesman. He was awesome!! He went over everything A-Z on our truck! We will definitely by from them again!!
