They were very responsive. Provided detail specs of vehicle, pictures and a car fax. It's now in my garage.
Patriot was awesome top to bottom. Contact was frequent, timely and relevant. Laurel in the internet group is on her game. My salesperson was Aaron, he had the car I wanted waiting for me when I arrived (and I was 30 minutes early). The whole sales staff was very helpful sorting out issues with my paperwork. I also want to call attention to Adam in Finance. He is knowledgeable both about the vehicle (which, by the way, was not a Chevy) and the details of financing. Very nice people. They're not pushy. & they really try to help you get s car no matter what kind of situation your in.
Where do I start. Met with my sales rep Aaron went for a test drive on the used unlimited STI they had for sale. Our expectations in leaving that night with the STI was low. Aaron along with the financial crew Dan and Adam did an awesome job getting the best rate and payment that met our needs and lifestyle. Surprise the hell out of me. My experience was Patriot Chevrolet was great.. Within minutes I received an email in response to inquiries, than a follow phone call. I would definitely do business with Patriot.. 5 stars!
Everything worked out well, the dealer help me get my first car. Staff was wonderful and my salesman Jay and Adam from finance kept me in good spirits through it all. All blessings to the chevy family at Patriot Dealers at Limerick.
Left me rude messages after I told them I wasn't interested in the truck. I'm the customer they need to learn that. Terrible
