Didn't make a deal, but salesmen was polite.
Bait and switch pricing. The advertised price on CarGurus was $5150. I contacted the Internet sales person if the vehicle was still for sale. I sent a copy of the ad listing the price, make, model, year and vin. number. The response was yes. When I arrived at the dealership, after a test drive I was told the price was $7125 including the dealer $1000. discount. The vehicle was not inspected and had a service engine light on. In my opinion, a typical dealer experience.

My experience was a waste of time. The car I called about was banged up. The car fax stated no accidents. The car description should have included that the car had some bangs, dents , and cracks. I drove 2 hours to see this car with the hope of purchasing. What a disappointment and a waste of time and gas

Car was sold by the time that I called. Laurel was real nice on the phone and I would definitely do business with Patriot.
Overall was fine...courteous people who responded in a timely manner to all my questions and requests. The dealership needs to make clear their deposit policy...it is non-refundable. When I was asked to make a deposit, I was not informed of the policy. But when I asked for a refund, I was very quickly provided with a very short, concise email that explained their deposit policy.
