Although the vehicle I inquired about was already sold they didn’t reveal that fact to me until I visited the dealership. They should have informed me of that fact but did not. They just wanted me to visit the dealership so they could try to sell me another vehicle. I think this was so wrong in many ways. Will never recommend this dealer due to their deceptive ways.
This dealer provided great service! I could not be happier. Every employee I came in contact with was welcoming and professional. They went above and beyond to provide me with a great car.
They responded quickly, but the info on car gurus said automatic when in fact it was a stick shift.
Awesome response. They went out of there way to take pictures and really try to make the sale. Unable to make a deal because I’m out of state and the car was sold before I was able to get there. But they kept my informed the whole time.
Just drove home this 2015 Ford Escape and couldn't be happier with my experience at Patriot. James was extremely knowledgable about this particular pre-owned model and took the time to explain its unique features, along with the 10-year/150k mile warranty included in the price of my car. very good experience. everyone we met James, the salesman, Dan the manager and all your passed in the showroom, etc were pleasant and appeared to be happy they were there. bought the car and felt it was a fair deal.
