RecommendedSOLD!! Patrick sold my house in 4 Days (+$5k over asking/list), and with a 22-day close which made my new home purchase possible! His personal dedication and knowledge is truly unsurpassed, we had a California buyer which complicated things a bit (time zones) but Patrick was ahead of it every step of the way.... while I just relaxed, knowing it was un great hands! If you want results that pay off (pun intended): Patrick delivers!!
Patrick helped make a difficult move much easier. We had a short time to find a house (moving from New Jersey to Florida). This was my first experience selling a home. Patrick made the entire experience as easy and painless as possible. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Patrick posted my home on the market and scheduled the first open house within the first week of signing the contract with me. We had an offer within a week. Patrick was extremely helpful and he patiently guided usthroughout the process of purchasing a new home, while at the same time helping us sell our current home. He really knows the real estate market and gave us some great advice. He constantly communicated with us and was very prompt in returning phone calls and answering our questions. He went the extra mile for us. We couldn't have done this without him!
The sale of our home fell through twice. Third time was a charm. Patrick was always courteous and always had patience with me when I was getting very frustrated. He always agreed with me even when I don't think he did in his mind. He's a good guy.
Patrick did such an amazing job selling our home and helping us buy a new one. He was patient with us and responded to our calls, texts, and emails immediately.
