Dr. Patrick is an amazing OB-GYN! He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listens to your concerns. He made me feel very comfortable throughout my pregnancy and answered all my questions without rushing. The staff is friendly and the office is well-organized. I always felt cared for and supported during my visits. Highly recommend!
This doctor is extremely irresponsible. I initially went in for treatment, but they ran multiple tests, costing me over $300, and in the end, I didn’t receive the treatment I actually needed. When I called to follow up, they got angry and yelled at me, saying there was nothing they could do. I will never go back. I strongly do not recommend this place. I’m writing this review in hopes that no one else has the same experience as I did.
Horrible disrespectful service by staff the receptionist answered the phone like she was being bothered and sounded very annoyed that someone had the audacity to call the office first thing she was said we don't take new patients we don't take your insurance before she knew what insurance I had she said we don't take that kind of insurance cash only and we dont take new patients don't call again. Just find another place hung up on me. I am so disappointed with humanity.
