WARNING... do your research and avoid this firm... They will underprice your property for a quick transaction. They did it with both my rentals, and also did not adequately vet the tenants (because that would have taken time and effort). After they got their commission, they would not return my calls. My place was trashed and these guys can't bother taking my call or calling me back....
