RecommendedI recommend Rufino Durand of Patrick Parker Realty he went above and beyond to help me sell my home at 162 Cherry Street in Long Branch it was a very old home 116 years old so it was a bit of a bumpy road but with Rufinos hard work and determination my house was sold he was very concerned about helping me get my house down in VA he went out of his way to help me feel confident that we could sell the house and as I've said he devoted much time and attention to getting that accomplished my thanks go out to him!
Very disappointed in the conduct of your employee, Mary Kay Barbieri, who this past weekend devoted her time to mocking and belittling a disabled person online. Would-be clients with chronic health conditions and disabilities may want to avoid working with Ms. Barbieri, as she clearly believes we are not entitled to heal, thrive, or experience joy.
We had an awesome experience using Patrick as our agent when looking for a home in the Monmouth County Oceanfront. He represented us in a purchase and in the sale of our prior home. He was as responsive an agent as we have ever worked with and it became obvious during our time working with him that he has a deep knowledge of the market. Both our purchase and sale occurred during the months of the quarantine but thanks to Patrick's professionalism the process went smoothly. I wouldn't use any other agent.
