RecommendedFantastic experience! I went here for a second vehicle and they are quite far from my area but my local dealers couldn’t get the deal done. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in the car industry. Purchased a car a little over a year ago and the tires are already failing. Their entire defense is that we didn’t rotate the tires every 6k miles. Guess who we brought it to the first oil change, you guessed it, Patrick subaru. Guess who didn’t rotate the tires, correct - Patrick subaru. No accountability, no care in the world for their customers. Will never buy another 40+k vehicle from you. Stay away from these people.
Went for an oil change and nothing else and was told my check engine light was on and I could pay to help diagnose a problem that never existed before I went there🏻
