I bought a 2011 subaru impreza wrx a couple years ago , the car was in an accident they didn't tell me that of course I found out after I signed all the damn papers and they stated it was a minor accident no big deal. Every year it's a struggle for it to pass inspection because that car never ready to pass inspection and I drive on the highway 6 days a week there's something fishy about it maybe it's computer problem, every time I called them they give me some bullshit...buy your car somewhere else

Bought and leased 5 cars form Patrick Motors in a past 6 years. Always hassle free and honest service.
I can not say enough about the salesman, Luke Latham. He worked soo hard in order to help get me and my family a vehicle that I could get in and out of. I am in a wheelchair and was almost housebound. He met with us, listened to my story and made magic happen. He measured cars to ensure they would work, he worked to be able to get us an awesome car and also, assisted with getting financing. HE truly changed my life. Go see Luke if you are looking for a car.
Overall, they are okay, but seem to charge a ridiculous amount to fix anything. Appalling that their labor rate is over $100 per hour!! And their parts are ridiculously overpriced! These cars are supposed to be economical, and it shouldn't boil down to just gas mileage. Very disappointing.
