My review has EVERYTHING to do with the office staff at Pulse Cardiology - I have never seen or met Dr. Moloney however his profile is the ONLY one tied to the office on Brockton in Riverside. I followed my doctor to this location two years ago. I have not had one good experience with the office staff with any of my visits. They are rude, disrespectful, have no attention to detail, curse within earshot of patients, - the echo tech even told me that I had an inverted heart... which I don't -
Never met the man but his staff says he is back logged and doesn't get his reports done for months
Dr. Moloney is very considerate and takes his time to evaluate you and any medical records you bring along with you. Although, I will say his staff is not always pleasant or professional. The receptionists need to go in my opinion. One tried to rub a tattoo for a dead friend off my arm and told me it was disgusting and another called me and left a message for me to call back with a number that turned out to be her mother's house phone. Which I found out after calling the number for weeks.
