Very straight forward and explained the whole procedure beforehand. Afterwards Dr.Lam explained everything that was done and concerns, which there weren’t.
Dr. Lam is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had. What I love about Dr. Lam, is that he listens to his patients. My procedure was done today he addressed my major concerns and God is Good!
Everyone is very kind and always ask if I have any questions.
Dr Lam was a warm, friendly physician who works in a calming environment that all patients should like ~ as did my husband. He kept saying how friendly and competent the staff in the clinic was during his short stay. He was very nervous to have the procedure,a colonoscopy, but when being waked up, he said to the nurse: 'When will Dr Lam begin?'
This was my third experience for routine care with Dr. Lam. He is very competent and runs a tight ship. They provide great reminders to help you prep. Dr. Lam is personal and tells you what is going on and meets with you through the process.
Dr. Lam is always super friendly and personable. He asks good questions, listens to answers and is educational about your body!
Dr. Lam let me know what I needed to know and didn't hold back. I liked that. He also let me know things that other doctors have told me many years ago. It was a good experience.
I have being seen Dr. Lam for over 10 years now. Very knowledgeable, professional and cares about your well being
Dr. Lam and his staff were just amazing.
