Even though time was short, he covered everything that was needed Seemed very nice
Dr. Lam performed a procedure and I had no problems. He spoke to me afterwards and explained step by step my results. He was concise and easily understood.

Overall, great experience! He's very knowledgeable knowing that he's been in strictly GI for 16 years! His staff is very friendly and nice, his MA's are great. Honestly, just a great provider and I would highly recommend him.

I wish I could review an experience I had with Dr. Lam but due to the incredible inefficiency and unprofessionalism of his office staff at G.I. Consultants I was never able to get an appointment with Dr. Lam. My new G.I. doctor had to request a release of medical records and blood work from them 3 times and still they claimed they never received a request. Trying to receive medical help at G.I. Consultants was a nightmare.
Dr. Lam is very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. His staff is nice. I would recommend him to anyone who needs GI treatment.
