Good experience, thorough explanations of procedure, friendly.
Went for my appt today no knowing what to expect, Dr. Lam and his assistant is very professional explaining what’s going on. I would definitely recommend his office to family and friends

No waiting time. Dr and office staff are great! It's a pleasure seeing him as he listens and doesn't rush out. Everything is explained. Takes time with his patient and this is a quality hard to find today!
I was so nervous. The staff and Doctor Lam were so professional and easy going. It made my stay with them so smooth. From the receptionist, to the doctors and nurses. I'm a person that hates doctors and going to them. This made me reconsider. I think I just fear what they are going to tell me. But when dealing with people that make you feel like you will be OK. YOU believe it. Thank you for everything.
Today was my 3rd colonoscopy, 2nd at this facility and performed by Dr. Lam. Very professional, thorough and kind. He explained everything and is confident in his work. And, he’s a nice guy!
