Dr. O’Neill took care of my bunion and hammertoe. Surgery and follow up appointments went very well. I am able to do my barre and yoga classes again after a few months! I definitely recommend Dr. O’Neill.
I had seen Dr O'Neill for arthritis in my ankle. Through a few shots, I was able to retain my quality of life. When I had a bicycle mishap and broke my fibula....I turned to him. He is an expert and helped me through surgery and then the rehab. He did a wonderful job and I am - 8 weeks later- almost fully recovered. Walking without a cane most of the day and ready to slowly resume my usual activities. I highly recommend him for his skill, expertise and demeanor.

Dr O'Neill took his time to answer all questions. I was very concerned about having bunion surgery and consulted him on 2 different occasions. He never made me feel pressured to have surgery but when the time came he did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The office staff was always very helpful and made getting appointments easy. As my appointments were always in the morning I never had an wait time.
Dr. O'Neill is not only an incredible highly trained surgeon but he takes the time to answer all questions. I never felt he was in a hurry to get me out of his office. My original foot operation was tricky but fortunately I had a one of the best fixing it! Since Dr. O'Neill takes his time with each patient, an appt at the very end of the day might cause a wait time.

You'd have to go a distance to find a surgeon with a foot and ankle fellowship from the prestigious John Hopkins University school of Medicine. We're fortunate to have him in Sarasota.
I really liked and trusted Dr. O’Neill
Being an athlete my whole, life I had one of the most serious Achilles tears imaginable at the tender age of 60, playing tennis. 2 other doctors misdiagnosed the severity, but Dr O’Neil performed a miraculous surgury. It was important, however for me to follow his routine for recovery but I also took matters into my own hands doing cold laser treatment; taking cbd (almost no pain;) and being very disciplined with PT and am nearly 90% back to normal after 9 months; warm personality, highly recommended
