Dr. O'Neill took plenty of time to explain all aspects of treatment for my problem and gave me things to consider regarding recovery, answering all of my questions. He was pleasant, patient and reassuring and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision on an elective procedure. It was a very positive appointment for me.
