This is my second visit to Dr. O’Neill. He listened well to what I had been trying, gave me additional strategies and made the priorities clear. I got an appointment within a couple of days and feel confident I’m on the road to recovery. Thank you!
Efficient, caring and pleasant
First visit. He was informative about my ankle situation. He recommended a Cortisone shot. It helped, butand reduced my pain by 80%. We’ll see how long it lasts.
Same nurse for five years. Tells me Kennedy-White is a good place to work. Dr. O'Neill asked me during my visit where my book was. I explained. The point is that Dr. O'Neill not only knows my name, but at least one of my habits. I see him for ankle pain and related foot problems. Dialogue is open, explanations clear, treatment sound. Great doctor.
The check in process was prompt and efficient. Dr O’Neill answered all my questions. Check out process just as good.

I always enjoy my visits with Dr Oneil. He works with me, understands my needs and doesn't put his ego before what I already know about my foot from past experiences. Instead, he makes good, informed suggestions and allows me to decide what I want to do going forward, understanding that I've had many surgeons already do their "work" on me and I'm still not much better for all the pain I've endured. So now we do what we can to get me through until science finds a miracle cure. Thanks Dr!
