Had an Achilles rupture. I researched and found that Dr O’Neill’s is “ the man” for this problem. The team fit me in. I brought my MRI results. They checked me in with all the paper work, took X-rays, got me set up in a room and met with Dr. O’Neill. He was kind and thorough and took as much time as I needed to get the full picture. Informative and helpful, super communicator. I highly recommend Dr. O'Neill.
My only complaint was that my appointment was at 2PM and I did not see Dr. O'Neill until 3PM. That aside, I feel he is an excellent doctor and feel very confident that he can fix my "botched" surgery from another doctor. He is very easy to talk to and has great bedside manner.
Dr. O'Neill came across as quite knowledgeable, with a good rapport, and was able to walk me through everything I needed to do to tend to my injuries. He was clear, concise and comforting in his expertise of the issues involved
Dr.O’Neill has been nothing but a amazing and caring Doctor! I have no insurance and he didn’t care he only wanted to help me so he and his staff just stepped up to the plate and have done everything in the world to help me keep my foot and today he is still helping me! A true amazing caring Doctor!
Dr O’Neal was very personable. Explained my fracture, treatment and follow up clearly. I was fitted with a walking boot before leaving. I am very pleased with my experience
Dr O'Neill is wonderful. He is not in a hurry, carefully explains everything , and extremely trustworthy. His nurses are the same. However, the front desk people are cold, abrupt and in a hurry. The wait times are horrible
YES,I would. He explained what my problem was and how to fix it simply The office staff was very helpful in getting me an appointment quickly and when I arrived was X-ray right away so when he saw him. He had the answers he needed to share with me to help me treat this at home.
Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate. Works within your comfort zone of care. Confident he is very competent in his field. Highly recommended.
