I worked for a Chiropractor in Pembroke Pines, FL for a few years, so I’m familiar with the process and the Doctor-Patient experience. Dr. Helma is amazing! He’s got a very calming, trustworthy, hilarious personality. Great experience overall, and I can’t tell you how much better my back was after visiting him! I had been to many chiropractors since 1970 when I worked construction. Then I met Dr. Helma about 20 years ago and have only gone to him at Cooper City Chiropractic since. Amazing ability to get the adjustment right. Plus he gives excellent advice on exercises to avoid back problems. Do that just a few minutes a day and I hardly ever have to see him. See, he is too good of a chiropractor, I end up seeing him less thanks to excellent adjustments and exercises.
He has taken care of my family for 15 years. Unreplaceable!
