Would not recommend this dealership nor Hyundai as a brand. First they sold me a car under false pretenses which was resolved only because I personally called Wells Fargo about what happened and had the loan cancelled. Then on top of that, they have had my car for 2 months pending engine repair however no one talks to each other between the dealership and corporate. Worst experience ever with this dealership! From Ahmad Ali the General Manager, Evanes David the finance manager on down - there is not one respectable person with any sort of common decency to even return a phone call or resolve an issue that they are VERY aware of. I believe their motto is to ignore you and hope you go away. I assure you that won’t happen! Their shady practices left them owing me $1399 and I have paperwork to back this up.
