Called this morning! No heat at my daughters -11 out. Luckily I had my granddaughter who stayed the night with me, so she wasn’t there. As of now 8 pm, still have never received a call back. Luckily another company did respond. Never again.
Called 3 time's. Still no one has called us. Furnace won't go on. We are in are 70s and not in good health.?????

Saturday evening, 2/1/2020, tech on call called me back within 5 minutes and worked with me to get me by without a service call. Patient and professional.
