First I would like to thank the whole team. I have known Patrick for many years. He has always come through in amazing ways. This sale was a hard one. I had less than a month to sell. He found me a cash buyer and we closed in under 25 days. There are houses in my neighborhood that have been on the market 80 plus days. I will never work with anyone but this team. And you should too! This is my 4th house and he exceeds my expectations every time.
Patrick is an excellent Agent. He is very knowledgeable on the Austin area and all the local nuances by town. He fought to get us a great deal and protected us and informed us along the way. He also has a great team that kept everything organized and on track. He didn't stop there. He came to our closing and brought us an amazing congratulatory gift. He's also just a great family guy!
