Excellent service from entire staff and especially Thankful to ********
Horrific experience. Sold me a car with a broken transmission, car lasted 137 miles. NO ONE would call me back for weeks including the used car manager *****. Took a month and a half to get my money back and I only got it back because I threaded a lawyer. Spend hundreds of dollars on transportation while the car was broke and they kept my money so I had no down payment for a new one. Put me SO behind and cant even get any answer out of these scammers.

Unfortunately, ever since the previous service manager moved to ******* Cadillac, the service here has been downhill. The new manager is highly unprofessional, and customer experience doesnt seem to be a priority anymore. When my brand-new cars AC wasnt working, I brought it in for repairs. This dealership is the biggest scam ! I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for some time and have purchased three brand-new Escalades from them over time. I even had a fourth one on order when I encountered a service issue.Since July 2024, the service department has been attempting to fix a simple issue with my vehicle.
