This company doesn't deserve one star. Purchase a 2019 Cadillac "Certified Pre Owned" and I basically had to hound them down about my vehicle after I purchased it. From delivery to paperwork it has been a nightmare. Awful customer service from General Sales Manager down to the salesman. Then, I told them I am gaining penalties due to the dealership not paying the registration fees (even though we paid the dealership for it) they could care less and even told us to tell our state Tax Office "You can tell them that you gave th... read more
