I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for some time and have purchased three brand-new Escalades from them over time. I even had a fourth one on order when I encountered a service issue.Since July 2024, the service department has been attempting to fix a simple issue with my vehicle. The truck has been in service three or four times, and during the most recent visit, they kept it for approximately 40 days. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They don't care if it's safe. They don't care if it needs major repairs. They don't care if you're happy with your purchase. They sold me a non-Cadillac used car that I have now poured $10,000 into for major repairs since January. In 8 months I have had three major repairs to get fixed. The first one happened only 5 days after purchasing it while driving on the highway with my children. I purchased a XTS in June of 2022. ***** was great. However I was asked for a $1,000.00 down payment which wasnt necessary. I would have rather purchased other features with that $1,000.00. I called several times it was the a pass around game . Nothing was resolved. So I assumed they were not going to refund me.

I purchased a 2013 ******* elantra. It had ****** miles. ** May 2021. I did all the necessary research and it all looked good. While test driving I told the seller that it seemed to ride rough. He explained it away, bummy road. Than, of course, the ride was better on the smoother roads. Bad struts. Now only 8 months latter. A wheel baring going. The *** sensor. The ***** xc90 we bought is awesome. However, ************************* and ************************* were terrible to deal with. **** misrepresented the interest rate on the loan, but it was too late to back out of the deal because we already sold my wife's car. When I discussed the issue with ******, he was condescending and argumentative. **** also promised an upgrade to my wife's xc90, but has failed to follow through. Beautiful dealership and lots of beautiful cars but out of state buyers should beware! We drove eight hours from Missouri to purchase a pre-owned 2020 Cadillac XT5 with a specific exterior and interior color combination. We contacted the sales team the day prior to our arrival about test driving this vehicle. The purchase was made and we drove away five hours later with a 30-day temporary tag. Made a appointment as directed to see a used car. The sales manager showed us the car we test drove it and made a deal on price. All went well till deal was struck. I told them I was paying for the car upfront and no financing. After that we waited standing in lobby as there was nowhere to sit for 1hr and 45 min without any direction from manager as he was nowhere to be found. This company doesn't deserve one star. Purchase a 2019 Cadillac "Certified Pre Owned" and I basically had to hound them down about my vehicle after I purchased it. From delivery to paperwork it has been a nightmare. Awful customer service from General Sales Manager down to the salesman. Then, I told them I am gaining penalties due to the dealership not paying the registration fees (even though we paid the dealership for it) they could care less and even told us to tell our state Tax Office "You can tell them that you gave th... read more
