Today was my first visit. The receptionist was very nice. Dr. Bik was very attentive and thorough during my visit. He explained all options with me. He also made sure I understood the importance of consistency, for the treatment to work. I am very greatful for the service he provided today.
I tell ya what.. Trying to get these people on the phone is like trying to get the president of the United States on the phone.
Amazing staff. I love the receptionist they are so sweet and answer any questions that we might have over the phone and in person. The nurse Kim is always nice and polite. Dr. Bik always answers questions that my fiancé has. I love this office I will most definitely be recommending them to friends and family. That you everyone.
