I was given all the information I needed without having to ask Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Yes. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

I felt fantastic when I left! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

He made the extra effort to make sure every question I had was addressed. Dr. Whitaker's staff is very friendly and professional. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. He uses a small "clicker" directly on my joints, rather than wrenching me around, and is oriented toward "sports medicine" and active people. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time, at least by the next day. I was impressed at how much better I felt after my adjustm... read more
