Dr. Wallace was sweet and caring when I needed rectocele surgery. On the flip side her draft should be replaced. I called for an appointment for an issue I was having and got told for over a month they had to get an authorization(HMO insurance). Finally I took myself for a Mamo and found out I had breast cancer. Her partner called and apologized as she was my gynecologist. A little late! Awful. She canceled an appointment I had for three months and next available appointment is yet another three months away. Office staff is rude and uncaring as is Dr. Wallace.
This review is not about the doctor. This review is about yhe staff. I do not have time to write everything, but there is much to say. However, just today it took 25 min for someone to take my phone call. And finally when a person got to the phone she asked me to hold again. I know I am not a doctor but my time is valuable too! This is not right & very annoying! PIn addition to all this I am inam making this call from my hospital room.
Dr. Wallace performed a sling procedure on me last fall. It was 100% successful and has dramatically changed my life. She is a professional, kind, caring physician.
Dr Wallace it's very caring, has great bedside manners, very knowledgable, I would highly recommend her.
