Dr. Patricia Patino is extremely nice and thorough. The best part is that they are open on Saturdays. I had a crown fall off Friday afternoon, and Dr. Patino squeezed me in on Saturday with little notice. Much appreciated!

Excellent customer service
I went because of a toothache, and my regular dentist retired. Since i moved to Escondido i was trying to find a good dentist i can trust. The insurance operator gave me some phone numbers of dentist around my area. When I called, the receptionist was so nice and helpful. The nicest people working at this place! Doctor Patricia is wonderful, she took the time to explain in detail the procedure i needed definitely my new dentist.
I took my 91 year old mother to see Dr. Patino for a broken tooth. The office was super nice. Everyone treated me and my mother with respect and were very kind. Although no work has been done yet I anticipate a painless experience for my mom.
I want to thank Dr. Patinó for being amazing and kind. She gave me a great feeling of trust in her and her work. I’ve always been a little nervous with dentist and Dr. Patino won all of my trust. She explained everything very thoroughly and walked me through every step, which helped keep me calm by knowing what was going on. I’m beyond grateful to have found Dr. Patino and her kind staff.
