because I've been with pioneer medical group for over 15 years and now they converted to PIH and only except certain percentage of my Cigna ppo coverage which is bull and not fair for patients making the Cigna members pay more out of pocket not cooling my book

I strongly recommend tte PIH HEALTH hospital In WHITTIER. Love the hospitality, attention and care I’m receiving from all the doctors, Surgeons, Specialist nurse and staff.. Due to the virus going on. They are strongly enforcing no visitors. They are doing and incredible job in making me feel like home and definitely giving me the tranquility that I’m not alone. Thank You PIH HEALTH!!
I joined this year and it was the best thing I did, letting go of my old doctor and making this change. I have had a mammogram and colonoscopy at Whittier and everything went smoothly, everyone made me feel comfortable. but the best visit I had was at my home office,at Santa Fe Springs, with Dr.Elisabeth Brown, after 1 first visit, and in the beginning of covid19, I feel safe, and I know I made the right choice. Right away, she understood my concerns and we are working together with my health care needs.
Appreciate precautions taken at entrance (questions, checking temp). Also rearranged furniture in Drs office to keep distance between patients.
