Usually 90% happy with Dr. Alexander. I called today for an appointment and because they have an OB/GYN office on the floor, they won't see me until the CDC gives me clearance. Been on hold for an hour so far. They are definitely not pandemic friendly. Try other doctors in your network that are part of the solution, not the problem during this time if you have that option. I feel like they did nothing. My last visit was with a pa & given some pills. I want to see the real dr not an addistant
