I’ve been seeing Patrice for a long time ( years ) I loved going in and seeing Penny and Patrice. Penny said I was the best person she deals with. A lot of people were VERY rude to her. I never once was a problem. Penny retired recently and a new girl is there now. She was disrespectful at the get go. Well we’ll just say I missed an appointment got a long letter explaining why which I already talked to Patrice about it when I came in. So no reason for a whole page of crap.
