Very rude and incompetent doctor and office staff. There are lots of family doctors accepting new patients in oakville, so my advice would be to go elsewhere.
I spent 3,000 dollars on a private MRI, the secretary did not take the time to send exactly what part of the body and they dont pick the phone never,so I did a complete boda MRI, after 3 months they are telling me me that it is useless and that she is going to do another one because of the secretary who does not know how to use the computer, it is not fair that they are like that with the health of the people. Medical service in Canada is already garbage, it is urgent to have private hospitals.
