By far the worst experience. Been waiting for over 2 weeks on ultrasound results. No body calls you with updates, no body calls you at all. Your expected to call them, to obtain the information yourself. I had to go and get a disk to bring them of my ultrasound. Just to have them tell me that they can't do anything with it. Then tell me that HCA can't release my ultrasound results even though I filled a release form a week ago. They do the bare minimum, and if they tell you that they're going to call you back. A complete waste of my time & left with needs unmet. I visited Patients First on N Monroe across from Walmart on Thursday April 12, 2018 @3:30pm. I came for a Primary Care visit (not urgent) mainly due to an allergic reaction I had on the left side of my face. The whole visit took 2.5 hours, which I feel was unreasonable for a small allergy issue. I spent most of time relaying symptoms to a nursing student and doing an "annual physical" which I did not want or need or have time for due to being a "new patient". I was also pr... read more
I went there for a very bad toothache and the front desk staff was very nice but in the back with the doctor she was very rude about my condition. I will never go back to them again. Never!!
Fast and efficient, diagnosed and helped our 6 year old feel better. Plus even got our insurance right, unlike most urgent care places.
