Not In hurry here! Used three ice packs on possible broken arm. Saying they been busy all day. I say it's urgent care. Need to see people with serious issues as they come in not just put them in the waiting list! No management. Keep the scheduled appointments and take care of any urgent issues! Remember you are a professional. Saying hi and bye is not all you do.
I have been coming here for about 2.5 years. Tried different doctors in Merced and wasn't impressed by any of them. I haven't had any bad experiences here. Staff is friendly. Wait wasnt my bad. Place is clean. You can have lab work done and xrays in house. I love that!
Got bit by a poisonous spider, yet I still have to wait 2 hours to see a doctor.. Amazing.
This place has always sucked. But they are quick to collect the Co pay. Not busy at all but waiting for 40mins. They are just joking and laughing away.
Was told it would be an hour wait, 2.5 hrs later they wanted me to fill out paoerwork, and depending on how long it took me to fill it out would determine how much longer I had to wait. I just have a sinus infection for God's sake. Left without being seen...I will try my luck at getting some antibiotics on the street. Thanks for wasting my time!
Reschedule an appointment and was told i no showed and had to pay them $25, then made the next appointment and they didn't have me on the schedule! Unbelievable, on top of the 3 hours total each visit on a good day!
