Buyer Beware!! Dr. Kane is nice but needs to retire and take his wife with him! Back in 2005 I contracted MERSA had to visit him 6 times one of which he used the wrong needle to try and drain my knee, very painful! He then told me no charge for the visit! His wife has since reported a collection on my credit even though I showed her the invoice showing no charge! BUYER BEWARE!
DR. KANE I have been in Tallahassee for about 5 yrs. in that time I have had to switch Dr.s for things like not calling in my refill before I ran out or just flat out not listening.I have to say that I have never met such a DR. as DR Kane.He does not rush through a visit and he really does listen and more important he EXPLAINS EVERYTHING! I cant tell you how safe I feel to have such a man as DR Kane as my Doctor!
Dr. Kane is the Best! I have been going to Dr. Kane since first arriving in Tallahassee about six years ago. He is the most caring and attentive MD I've ever met and I'm the son of a caring doctor! Dr. Kane does something few doctors do in this day and age -- he listens! He lives his practice and cares deeply for those of us who count on him for our health.
Nice walk-in clinic Dr. Kane and his wife, a RN run the Mahan Walk-in Clinic. He is a General Physician and offers all of the basic (non-emergency) health services to the public. His staff is friendly and the environment is more homey than chain clinics like Patient's First. Dr. Kane himself is an interesting character, and his wife has a great "bedside manner". Rare Breed I have been in Tallahassee for over 11 years and have seen many different doctors during that time. Dr. Kane is hands down the best General Practice Physician around! He responds to patients the way you would expect a health care provider to respond. He loves what he does, he cares about the well-being of all his patients and it shows through his service. Best Doctor in the Business Dr. Kane is the only physician I have had for the past 30 years and he has gone so far as to open his office in the middle of the night when there has been an emergency. He cares! Never will I find another doctor on whom I can rely to the extent I have relied on Dr. Kane for three decades.
Excellent Doctor My wife had a nasty case of cat scratch fever and went to Dr. Kane. It was a bit more complicated getting a diagnosis, but Dr. Kane was extremely methodical in getting to the bottom of her condition. He has a very professional manner and the nurses are very hands-on as well. Highly recommended!
