The online check-in allowed me to minimize wait-time at the facility. The waiting room was clean and adequately furnished. Front desk staff person was friendly and very helpful with entering my insurance cards into their system. I was seen at approximately the time I had selected online. Medical staff were pleasant, considerate, sympathetic, thorough and professional. Wait time wasn't to bad...but i paid 200 out of pocket to be told that they really can't do anything for me..threw some prescriptions my way. And told me my next best option is to go to the emergency room..And then paying close to 50 on the prescriptions..so now 250 dollars in the hole!! And im 72 hours into being sick now. They are REALLY happy to take your money..and they make sure to get it from you before you've been back. I will not be going back.
I was treated promptly and with care and respect. She listened and helped me get what I needed.
