This company took my email address to another company and then sent me unsolicited emails.

I tried to cancel my subscription with Patient Pop and they informed me that my contract was intact until November 2021 and that a written request to cancel must be submitted 60-90 days prior to the contract end date. If a request is not submitted, the contract automatically renews which is what happened last November. I thought this was very poor customer service and certainly not the way to maintain client business.

PT CONTINUES TO BILL, WITH NO WEBSITE PRODUCED CONTRACT 'NEEDED TO BE SIGNED TO MOVE FWD' WHICH WAS DONE. AFTER FURTHER DISCUSSION WE CHOSE TO NOT CREATE WEBSITE, THEY SAID, OK 'NO PROBLEM' AND NOW WE ARE GETTING BILLED FOR SOMETHING,,,,,,,NEVER CREATED BAD BUSINESS SMELLS BAD LOOKS BAD

Our medical practice was contracted with Patient Pop to handle our website and social media accounts. We were looking at cutting costs within the practice and decided to bring those services in house. We reached out to Patient Pop to terminate the contract per the terms that we signed initially and they told us that the terms had changed, even though we were never notified. To clarify, our contract terms, regarding cancellation, have not changed. It is a one year term, clearly stated both on the signed order form and our Terms of Service. I almost got duped into signing with this company. Fortunately I had a savvy web designer find multiple complaints online and serious complaints by word of mouth from people who had signed on with this company. I did not engage their services, but the "courting stage" was very similar to what others have listed. They are very friendly, approachable, and available when they are trying to get you to sign.
